Interiors for new construction of a golf resort on the Southern Oregon Coast. Bandon Dunes features an expansive clubhouse with two restaurants, a pro shop, sports bar and library. A second story includes twenty – six guestrooms oriented toward single occupants along with three suites. Approximately thirty eight thousand square feet, the clubhouse also serves the larger resort as the main lodge.

In the first phase of development, room offerings also included forty – eight cottage units scattered around a large lily pond. Intended to cater to couples, these rooms offer an upgraded, more generous footprint with fireplaces, wet bars and patio areas.

The design concept for this property was cultivated from a blend of New England and Celtic elements with a modern twist. Light wood tones, stainless metal finishes and a neutral color palette reflect the inherent character and natural color palette of the Pacific Northwest coastline.

The property features true links style courses with many holes located along rugged ocean bluffs. The topography of Bandon Dunes is reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands and was developed by Mike Keiser of Chicago, Illinois who is an avid golfer himself.

The resort caters almost exclusively to golf enthusiasts and has become a frequently cited bucket list item for devotees of the sport now offering four eighteen – hole golf courses.
